AUBERGINES HAS L `HAITIAN
Ingredients:
2 kg of brisket of beef
a piece of salted pig
2 aubergines of intermediate size
a thyme branch
some parsley branches
green pepper
3 large cuil. of oil
large a cuil. of vinegar
tomato paste

Preparation:
To tenderize and make turn russet beef (chest) seasoned with a piece of salted pig, pork rind or foot. To add aubergines cut out of discs, a thyme branch, a piece of green pepper, parsley and very little water.
