Ox with the Haitian one

Time of cooking: 30 mn

Ingredients:

- 500 grams of thin Ox
- 100 grams of onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 grams of green peppers
- 400 grams of tomatos
- 1 pinch of Safran
- 2 soup spoons of vinegar of tarragon
- 1 small pepper
- Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1) - Put ox approximately cut dice in a pan. Cover on level with salted and peppered cool water.


2) - Let cook with cover during 45 minutes. Dissolve with soft fire during 20 minutes in a frying pan onions, garlic, sweet peppers, tomatos Safran and pepper. Leave on fire until evaporation supplemented of the liquid
