Shrimps breaded with coconut
4 people

Ingredients:


1 kg of large raw shrimps
3 green lemons
1 cuil. with dry white wine soup
4 finely crushed cloves of garlic
1 liter of groundnut oil for crackling
100 G of coconut dried out of powder
1 small bouquet of coriandre fresh engraved
2 cuil. with soup of flour
2 cuil. with soup of flour
2 beaten eggs
salt, pepper of the mill

Preparation:

Peel shrimps by preserving the caudal fins. Superficially incise them over the entire length and withdraw the intestinal vein.
