Shrimps in Gombos (callalous)

Ingredients:


1 kg of kids shrimps
45 kg of butter
1 small onion
2 spoonfuls with cut green pepper soup of pieces
2 kids tomatos
250 G fresh gombos
125 G of dried and crushed shrimps
2 spoonfuls with soup of flour of manioc
4 coconut milk DLL
6 spoonfuls with oil soup
2 spoonfuls with oil soup
2 spoonfuls with fresh soup of coriandre
250 G of cooked rice with long grains
salt, pepper.

Preparation of shrimps to the gombos

1) Peel shrimps. Withdraw to them the intestine as a practitioner an incision along the back with the point of a knife.
