Lobster fricassee


Preparation: 20 min

Ingredients:


2 lobsters of approximately 800 G part
4 feet the cives ones
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
Pepper
butter red
30 G of butter
2 spoonfuls with oil soup
2 tomatos
parsley


Preparation of your lobster Fricassee:

Cut lobsters in two equal parts. Withdraw the tail and escalopez to it of small pieces. In the jumping one, pour 2 spoonfuls with soup of oil and a spoonful with red butter coffee.

Finely chop the cives ones, onions, garlic, parsley, thyme and pepper. Deposit them when butter starts
