Green mango Rougail

Ingredients:

2 beautiful green mangos
1 average onion
2 Welsh onions with their green or 2 shallots new
1 West-Indian green pepper /4
3 flat parsley branches
1 fresh thyme branches
3 spoonfuls with soup expenses of olive oil
salt, pepper of the mill

Preparation of your green mango rougails
Peel mangos. Take their flesh and pass it to the mixor with onion, Welsh onions, the piece of pepper, the parsley sheets and thyme, to reduce the whole in fine mashed potatoes.
