Salmon bitter-sweet


Ingredients:

2 paving stones of 150 G
Pepper, ginger, 1 green pepper, growths bamboo, 2 spoons with juice and wine vinegar, sauce soya soup from orange, 1 spoon with soup of puree tomato, 1 gripped of sugar,
10 G of starch watered with 3 spoons with soup of boiling of poultry,
salt, oil

Preparation of your salmon bitter-sweet:

To salt the salmon paving stones. To let impregnate salt 30 minutes. To have on the grid the bowl with the handle clip-it and to cook 12 minutes.
